“The fruit of your own hard work is the sweetest!” 🥳🏆
Having joined us in 2017 as a recent graduate, Gabby has now reached the pinnacle of her qualification journey after recently completing the notoriously difficult Certified Financial Planner qualification.
Our professional body (CISI) have also recognised Gabby as one of the highest achievers on the examination paper, achieving a distinction commendation.
To become a Financial Planner in the UK, you are required to achieve a ‘Level 4’ qualification… however at boosst, we do not strive for minimum requirements! In order to best serve our clients, we believe that the highest level of qualification should be obtained by those who will be our future Financial Planners. Just like Keith, Josh and Vicki, Gabby has followed in their footsteps and worked incredibly hard to reach the prestigious level of Certified Financial Planner.
Each of the boosst team have played an active role in Gabby’s development and we are proud of how her technical knowledge and confidence has grown over the last 4 years. We are all excited to see the next chapter in Gabby’s journey as she begins to transition into her next role as a client facing Financial Planner.
Given time to reflect on her journey, Gabby said:
“I am delighted to have achieved the final milestone in my development plan with boosst. The CFP has always been the end goal of my qualification journey and it’s lovely to know that all of the hard work and hours have paid off! I’d like to say a big thank you to boosst, especially to Josh and Keith for their constant support and guidance. The CFP certainly provided me with some challenging days, but I feel so lucky to have been surrounded by such a supportive team who have pushed me to achieve more than I ever thought possible.”
“I cannot stress enough how proud we are of Gabby’s achievements. Becoming a Certified Financial Planner is no easy task, highlighted by the fact that there are less than 900 CFP’s in the UK today. To have 4 of them working at boosst highlights the high standards that we share.
It shouldn’t go without mention that Gabby has also passed the relevant qualifications to become a Chartered Financial Planner – albeit there is a ‘5 years experience’ requirement. Gabby has genuinely passed the qualifications too quickly and must now wait for her fifth anniversary to come around. This highlights the success of our award-winning bright to boosst development programme and shows what is possible when bright people are given the right opportunity and a supportive framework.”
