This role will suit a Paraplanner who wishes to embark on the next phase of their development to eventually lead and supervise our technical support team workflow – so as to deliver outstanding support that enhances our client outcomes.

The team that you will lead includes internal and outsourced team members, all of whom use Intelligent Office fully so as to streamline business processes. You will progress to become an important member of our Leadership Team that includes Jennie Treeby  (Practice Manager) as well as our Financial Planners (Josh Butten, Vicki Hardy and Keith Butten).

It may be that your current role has you focused on report writing and you wish to expand your financial planning skill set or are simply bored as your current role does not offer the challenge you desire…

Whatever your experience, you, like the rest of the boosst team, will have a fully funded development plan in place that includes financial rewards for milestones achieved.
