When Technogym established our UK branch back in 1993, one of our priorities was to build a team that would grow the Technogym brand in the UK as quickly as possible and to do that we needed the best people.

We engaged Keith Butten to instigate a benefits culture that would attract and retain the team we were building. The first priority was that Keith would work to an agreed budget and to work with us, year on year, to get the best for our employees within the budget available.

Keith has continually educated our team so they understand in simple terms the benefits available to them. He does this by holding group and one-to-one meetings where he happily addresses other financial matters. The feedback from staff is that these meetings have proven very valuable.
