Our<\/span>\u00a0bright to boosst<\/span><\/strong> Development Pathway is designed\u00a0to train bright and talented individuals all the way up to the very peak of the Financial Planning profession.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

bright to boosst<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 is built upon all that we have learnt from growing Josh, Gabby, Mel, Riah, Laura & Nick over the last 12 years. All boosst trainees are mentored by two Certified Financial Planners\u2122 operating at the highest level of UK financial planning \u2013 one of whom will be appointed as the lead mentor for all training and development matters.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

At the end of our development pathway, boosst trainees will be ready to transition to either a client-facing Financial Planner role or take a starring role as Technical Specialist. <\/span><\/p>\r\n
