The results are in! It looks like you (our clients!) are very happy with the service we provide and some of your wonderful comments highlight the value that we add. You always manage to do a brilliant job of describing exactly how we have supported your individual journey with money – and the part which makes us smile is that you are often better than us at describing the value we have added for you! Your comments are always wonderfully considered and authentic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n

We believe that a constant feedback cycle is an essential ingredient for us to continue our strong but sustainable growth. ‘Growth’<\/strong> is an interesting phrase in business. At boosst we define growth by the traditional financial metrics like revenue and profit – but also in the human sense… the growth of our team, our culture and increasing the number of clients that we are able to positively impact.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Following on from our 2020 client survey, this year we were able to ask slightly different questions and sought feedback on a wider range of topics. Some of the key highlights are shown in the infographic which is linked below.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Once again we engaged with an independent third party to undertake this survey exercise for us. This ensures validity and verifies the outputs that we’re sharing.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Our survey had many objectives:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n

  1. A sense check for client satisfaction.<\/span><\/strong> Are we delivering on the services that we provide?<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  2. Validating milestones.<\/strong><\/span> Are the business objectives that we are setting for the future and the initiatives that we’re investing our energy into aligned with what our clients want to see?<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  3. A check-in on value.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0We see the value that we deliver for clients, both in monetary terms with portfolio management and emotionally (peace of mind, confidence etc) through Financial Planning. We wanted to see which parts of our service clients gain most value from.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n
  4. Spreading the message. <\/span><\/strong>Lots of clients left wonderful comments about boosst, the work we do and the positive impact we have had on their lives. We wanted to capture these messages to spread the boosst message.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
